Things started off strong. I felt like I was seeing great results. But recently it is harder to stay motivated. I step on the scale and am the same weight each time. My fitness advisors say to stop stepping on the scale so frequently and to focus on inches lost not weight lost.
But it has messed with my head and my energy and determination has taken a hit. I’m trying to keep my mental game strong, but it’s easier said than done.
The mental game is everything on a journey like this. I’m not a quitter and I’m not giving up. However, I got a taste of what it’s like to hit a plateau and pushing through ain’t easy.
