Large Batch Moonshine Chili

February 9, 2017

I made this ultra large batch of chili for a Superbowl party this year, and used my Nesco 18 QT roaster to slow cook it, as it was far too much for my regular slow cooker to handle.

I did my usual recipe, but kicked it up a few notches with End of the Line Moonshine from Hansen Distillery in Edmonton, Alberta.

What Superbowl party would be complete without chili and spirits, right?

If you need a big batch of chili for a large group, this is the recipe for you. Hope you enjoy it!
